My Really Talented Neighbours
I live in the "tri-cities" area of central Ontario -- Kitchener/Waterloo, Cambridge. Guelph and Fergus and Brantford are also my neighbours. Some of our great local talent is not yet known outside our immediate surroundings, even as far away as Toronto (60 miles or so).
This page is one small step towards rectifying this. If you have a chance to hear any of these people, I'm recommending you give them a good listen. Think you'll be delighted. Not all of these artists are what you'd call "unknowns", but I've intentionally left off the artists with strong, national followings. These are people you can discover.
A very partial list (and tell me if I've left people off, though I've only been here a few years myself and just don't know everyone yet -- I'm still getting some great surprises!)
